RETURNED MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION SYSTEM
(AVEM95)

The Returned Material Authorization System (RMA) is a comprehensive on-line enhancement that will enhance your company's ability to track and monitor customer returned goods and products.

RMA will keep track of who is returning the item, how many are being returned, what the inspection department found out about the item, and the disposition of the item. This enhancement will also keep track of the cost and labor charges that occurred while inspecting or repairing the item.

The RMA System uses the MAPICS Item Master and the Customer Master File.

The Returned Material Authorization System will provide the user with the following functions:

Enter RMA's, Print RMA's, Receive Returned Items, Inspect Returned Items, Dispose
of Returned Items and Closed RMA's.

activity

Print RMA Reports

Print RMA Summary Reports sorted by RMA Number, Customer Name or Item
Number, Print Costing Report.
