FASTRACK RECEIVING SYSTEM

Companies using MAPICS DB Year 2000 or any release of MAPICS XA Purchasing enjoy significant productivity gains in the materials acquisition area of their business. American Viking's FASTRACK Receiving software extends this productivity by dramatically reducing the time it takes to receive purchased items.

FASTRACK Receiving is designed to reduce the number of keystrokes required to receive line items on a purchase order.

The user enters only the purchase order number or may use '?' for a purchase order number lookup. The line items for the order are displayed automatically for easy entry of quantities. Optional entries can then be made for location, batch/lot, reason codes, references, etc. A '?' may be used to identify all valid locations for an item. The following transaction types are supported:

	P.O. receipt to dock (RD)
	P.O. receipt to stock (RP)
	P.O. receipt to inspection (RI)
	Barcoded dock to stock Travellers are printed upon request (TW). The Travellers  identify item shortages and items requiring inspection
	FASTRACK Receiving Report - A summarized receiving report for all receipts by batch number and purchase order number

FASTRACK Receiving is fully compatible with Multiple Environment Support and can be installed without changing any MAPICS modules.
