MANUFACTURING ORDER VARIANCE ANALYSIS AND HISTORY
(AVEM55)

Manufacturing Order Variance Analysis is one prerequisite for a better bottom line. This enhancement enables you to accurately judge variances and improve the efficiency of your manufacturing operation. With AVEM55, you can quickly analyze work orders to determine the source labor and material costs.

AVEM55 captures the detail as work orders are closed and retains history data for any period of time. (PC&C History) MAPICS finally retains summary labor and material data; only AVE's AVEM55 retains and reports complete detail material and labor transactions.

Extended inquiry and reporting capabilities present labor and material variances in detail or summary for combinations of finished item numbers. Using this information, you can analyze variances and obtain the proper data to update your system with new standards. Additionally, you can use the reports to analyze entire products lines for labor and material variances.

	Captures complete Material and Labor detail as Work Orders are close
	Retains history data for any period of time
	Multiple comment capability for open or closed Work Orders
	Allows the user to enter and maintain unlimited 75-character comments for any open or closed Work Order
	MAPICS Work Order Detail Inquiries have been changed to include closed as well as open Work Orders
	Inquiries and Reports include: Reports Closed Work Orders, including comments, in the MAPICS Production or Accounting format MAPICS Work Order Status Reports include AVEM55 user comments Detail Open or Closed Work Order Reports, including comments, in the MAPICS Production or Accounting format Manufacturing Cost Variance Analysis by Finished Item Number with grouping by: Warehouse Department Closeout Date Work Order Planner Job Number Reference
	The Material and Labor Analysis Reports present Labor and Material variances in detail or summary for combinations of Finished Item Numbers. With these reports you can obtain a true picture of the real sources of variances and proper data to update your system with new standards
	Reports for assembly numbers may be grouped by single level or indented Bill of Materials allowing the user to analyze cost variances by product or product lines
	By using the Production and Accounting Reports, entire products or product lines may be analyzed for Labor and Material variances
	All non-MAPICS files are externally described providing greater ease of use with Query
	This Enhancement may be installed in Multiple Environments
