PAYROLL DETAIL INQUIRY, HISTORY AND REPORTING

With Payroll Detail Inquiry and History, you will never lose any more valuable payroll information. This enhancement captures complete Payroll Detail and Summary Data associated with each payroll.

Additional Reports and Inquiries for Manufacturing and Accounting are also provided. In addition, Payroll Detail History provides information for special reports such as those required for Government and Insurance companies.

AVEM54 provides Inquiries and Reports which give you information on Labor Costs by General Ledger Number, Work Order and by Finished Item Number. These Detailed Labor Costs may be listed for any period in various sequences.

	Inquiries and Report Highlights include: Inquiry by Employee displaying Summary and Detail Labor Hours, Dollars Deductions, Net Pay, etc. Detail Payroll Register by Employee for any period Hours Worked Reports for any period in various sequences Labor Dollar Costs Reports for any period in various sequences Detail data may be used to make detailed Journal Entries to General Ledger Labor Costs by general Ledger Number, Work Order or Finished Item Number
	Captures Payroll Detail and Summary data associated with each Payroll
	Retains history data for any period of time may be saved off-line and restored when  necessary
	All non-MAPICS files are externally described providing greater ease of use with  Query
	This Enhancement may be installed in Multiple Environments

Payroll Detail History allows you to print an Employee Ledger for any period. This facilitates any special reporting required by the Government or Insurance Companies. It also provides Time and Attendance reporting for evaluating individual employees for any time period.
