Shipped Customer Order History provides
the ability to easily and quickly inquire on open orders, fully shipped orders,
back orders and blanket orders; all of this information can be accessed via a
single order status summary screen. Complete line item detail is provided on
each order processed through MAPICS Order Entry and Invoicing. Compare MAPICS
with AVE's AVEM48 and AVEM48 wins hands down in ease of use and quick access to
a complete customer order, as well as it's many other features.
If
your customer loses an invoice or requires multiple "original"
invoices, AVEM48 enables you to print a duplicate. In addition, you can print an
Invoice Register by user-selected date ranges; you are no longer restricted to
the daily registers automatically printed by MAPICS.
AVEM48
also features extended reporting capabilities such as the breakdown of a
customer's buying habits and trends. This information is provided in the
Customer Sales Report by Item, allowing you to forecast product demands more
accurately. Other AVEM48 sales reports assist you in planning and tracking the
productivity of sales personnel.
